I appreciated the cleanliness of the room. The cleaning service came daily. The air conditioning worked effectively. The staff were consistently polite and helpful . The location provided easy access to public transport options.
Soundproofing was lacking in my room. I could clearly hear conversations and footsteps from the hallway outside. This noise made it difficult to relax and sleep at times, especially when other guests returned late.

location was excellent. it was close to metro station diagonal. major attractions were accessible easily. the staff was helpful.
the bed and pillows were very uncomfortable. the w. c. was so small that my knees touched the wall when i sat on the toilet.
